Cancellation policy

Wear parts in our store may be offered as recurring maintenance or pre-orders. These cancellation terms explain how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Service Book
If you schedule a service, you will receive recurring checkout links. These are based on the service interval you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely. If you no longer wish to continue a service, you can cancel it. If you wish to cancel or modify your service, you can do so at any time in your account. Your reminder emails contain links to your service book. From there, you can manage your service book entry. For further details on returns and refunds, please see our return policy.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is not currently in stock. You may cancel a paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you may request a full or partial refund.
